The MJFNC is excited to now be taking Get Active Kids Vouchers to pay for both Netball and Football registration fees for the 2023 season. Please continue reading for important information about the program.
Who can apply?
To apply for a Get Active Kids voucher, each child must:
- be 18 years or under
- be living in Victoria
They must also be:
- named on an Australian Health Care Card, or
- named on an Australian Pensioner Concession Card, or
- residing in Victorian Care Services, or
- the child of a parent or guardian who holds a temporary or provisional visa or have their own, or
- the child of a parent or guardian who holds an international student visa or have their own, or
- an undocumented migrant
What can I use the voucher for?
The voucher can only be used to pay registration fees and purchase uniforms. Once you provide the voucher code to MJFNC and it is processed, the money is paid directly to the MJFNC.
I paid my fees, can I get a refund?
No, MJFNC can not give you a refund for your voucher.
The guidelines provided by the Victorian Government clearly state that:
The club cannot provide a monetary refund of a voucher to the child, parent or guardian. Funds can only be exchanged between the department and a club. No retrospective fees will be paid.
However, if you have paid your fees you may be entitled to reimbursement from the program.
The program allows people to claim reimbursement for fees already paid on proof of a receipt.

What do I need to do?
Follow the link below to apply for a voucher once you receive a voucher code, forward that code to the Treasurer @ treasurer@meltonjfnc.com.au
Why am I still getting invoices requesting payment?
You may receive an invoice requesting payment, this is due to our automated system routinely generating invoices until the payment is made. This will occur until the MJFNC has received the funds from the Victoria government for your voucher. Once this payment is received the system will be updated, and you will receive an updated invoice.
